Here are some of the questions we often receive:
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days. Delivery to your home takes between 10 and 22 business days after shipping.
During peak seasons, shipping may take up to 6 business days to dispatch. Please note that we ship with La Poste and do not offer delivery to pickup points.
My order is incomplete
Since we use various storage facilities and work with multiple manufacturers, your items may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at once.
Our average delivery times are 10 to 22 business days, but some items may take a little longer. If your item hasn’t arrived 35 business days after ordering, we will issue a full refund, and you can keep the item once it arrives.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours. Therefore, you have a 12-hour window to request a cancellation or modification by emailing contact@fashionchafra.com.
After this period, your items will have been processed for shipping, and we won’t be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken or defective
Despite working with trusted carriers, occasional damages can occur. If your item arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@fashionchafra.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (e.g., incorrect/defective item)
- A photo or video of the issue
You won’t need to return the item, and we’ll issue a store credit for your order. If you prefer another form of refund, please let us know.

Are my details secure?
