Returns & Exchanges:

At Fashion Chafra, we strive to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you know exactly what to expect when you receive our products. We want our customers to have full confidence in what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We take pride in our ability to quickly process orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@fashionchafra.com as soon as possible.

Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential that you contact us within this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Address:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your address and contact us promptly if any corrections are needed. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

Fashion Chafra is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or undeliverable orders (e.g., inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses). In these cases, orders may be returned to us, but this is not guaranteed.

If your order is returned to us, you may choose either a refund (minus shipping fees) or a reshipment. You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund until the returned package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for any reason! Whether you’re dissatisfied or simply changed your mind, you can return products within 30 days from the date you receive them.

If you wish to return an item, please complete our return form, sign it, and send it with your package to the address provided by our support team upon contacting us.
