Refund Policy

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 30-day return period, we offer three options:

  1. Exchange for a Different Size or Color

    Exchanges are available only for a different size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

  2. Refund Details and Store Credit

    By default, refunds are issued as store credit.

    • If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, please indicate this on the return form. A 15% inspection, warehousing, and processing fee will apply.
    • Orders exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturing defect are exempt from restocking fees. The original order will have the fee deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
    • Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.
    • Discount codes or store credits are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.
  3. Replacement for Incorrect or Defective Items

    We apologize for any issues! Please email us at contact@fashionchafra.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue (e.g., incorrect/defective item)
    • A photo or video of the issue

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds are verified for authenticity and sent to our accounting department for final processing.


How to Return an Item

All returns must be accompanied by a return form. Please fill out the form accurately and send it along with your item to the return address provided by our support team via email. For any questions, contact us at contact@fashionchafra.com.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your bank; processing times are generally 3–5 business days

If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@fashionchafra.com.


Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you choose store credit, it will match the amount you paid. If you requested a refund, you will receive the paid amount minus the restocking fee.

If you requested an exchange, please allow 2 to 7 weeks for your exchanged item to reach you, depending on your location.
